Glad someone started including the broad Russia characters. I might put one in for Alexander when I have a keyboard and time.

I'm seeing a few problems with the cut countries section on this page.

• What sort of country has content that warrants them being kept here? All of the four currently on the page had very little lore and no content whatsoever (contrary to popular belief, none of the stuff in the Bogi Smerti entry actually made it in-game, not even in 'skeletal' form).
• What even qualifies as a cut country? The Moscow Autonomy, for example, is only an old placeholder version of the Russian National Liberation Committee before it was properly developed. Are we going to put the Dev Diary versions of countries like RK Ukraine and Ireland on the page too? For that matter, do things like Shina or RK Mittelmeer qualify as cut countries as well?

I'm making a case that these do not qualify as content, are not worth troping, and should only be 'preserved' on the What Could Have Been subpage.
