I don't know much about John Wick, but to claim that all the assassins are able to beat Twilight with ease seems a unnecessary exaggeration. Yor considers them all strong because they can conceal their presence from her, but in terms of combat most of them are shown to be quite a bit weaker than the few assassins that actually manage to exchange even a few blows with Yor. Many don't do anything to suggest Twilight would have any trouble fighting them.
