Would it be wise to give Pearl Drone her own separate section? Either in her folder or over in the Order Sector page, considering the fair amount of gameplay related tropes she has attached to her.

Seems like a good idea, the playable characters page has something similar for smallfry. I'd say keep it on this page with a subheading in Pearl's folder
How much do we want to lean into the Pearlina romance on this page? You could argue it's not absolutely canon, but Side Order lays it on so thick that most fans (myself included) are treating Pearl and Marina as de facto being in a relationship. There's a lot of romantic tropes that could be added if so.
