I can't possibly be the only person who believes that Mr. Garrison and Sheila do NOT belong on this page. They're not really presented as antagonists, so I went ahead and moved them back to their original pages. I hope that's OK with everybody here.
Jerkass should be taken for granted on this page, all the antagonists who deserve it have at least two tropes covering it up already which leads to a lot of zero context example or repetition
