Can somebody tell me where it was confirmed that Raphael is Nightmare?
I've seen the interview with Hisaharu Tago that said he's dead, and that he returned in the fifth game under "mysterious circumstances" (that were never explained/elaborated on), but no where have I seen any mentions of him being Nightmare.

It's in the art book that was released a few months after V. There's a discussion thread about it over at 8wayrun, in it someone was translating scans for a bit and much like Viola/Amy, everything but specifically stating it was evidence that they're the same. Think of it like this: the book listed their heights, weights, birthdates, favorite foods, social security numbers, past home addresses, Twilight as their favorite books, made note that they're both very French, claimed Raphael was strikingly similar to _____mare, and that Nightmare is vry familiar to those that know an _aphael. This is hyperbole, but it's not far from the truth either.
Yet, still...
Why are the character descriptions formatted like this? Using -> on the actual description isn't used anywhere else in the site, and it makes it a bit harder to read since the text is smaller.
Why exactly was Link from The Legend of Zelda included in the Gamecube version? As a Soul Calibur series game, he is a foreign entity.
