For most of them it's where they were first introduced and the page hasn't reached its too long limit so it still makes sense for them to remain on the page.
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.
I feel like we might want to consider moving these characters to a page about other practitioners, since the ones that are still relevant in the story (which is many of them) are no longer really relevant as part of the Blue Heron Institute, and there's a lot of characters under the general "other" section that could be better categorized that way.
