Since the mystery genre is part of this work’s core, yes, as long as it fits the context, examples can be added, but wordings should be treated with extra care. Akane is the one who speculates Kamiki’s Rape as Backstory, then the train of thought connecting to Himekawa should also note that he’s a “possible” victim, but not confirmed; since Aqua only confirmed Himekawa’s relations to the Hoshino twins, and is yet to encounter Kamiki to grab samples to DNA test on Kamiki's relations to the Hoshino twins.

Regarding Speculative Troping warning in the Suspect’s folder, it should be noted that some of those tropes are speculated In-Universe by the characters themselves (for example, Akane is the one who believes Kamiki got Rape as Backstory). Some of them must be added as it is already present in the story, albeit not yet played straight or subverted; merely suspected and brought up.
