I concur with the idea of create a character page to the games but... well, read the "On Races and Character pages" thread in the Wiki Talk in the forums.
Could we create a secondary character page for the actual video game series? Simply using the anime's page wouldn't let us cover the main protagonists/antagonists of the main series games, and a large amount of the monsters' personalities are explored much more so in-game.
