I feel like Putting on the Reich shouldn’t be listed under the Mawkin tribe. That trope is primarily referring to aesthetic influence, and the Mawkin tribe is predominantly Ancient Egypt-inspired, as are the rest of the Chozo in Dread.
I’m aware that the entry is specifically referring to the military formation pictured in Chozo Archive 08, but even then, it’s…very hard to call the imagery there Nazi-inspired at all. It seems more like a case of “any evil army in fiction is a Nazi analogue syndrome” than anything with substance.
