I agree it's not an example of Dirty Coward, though it's considerably more stupid to have launched the missile than not. Like... it's textbook Bullying a Dragon and the only reason he survived is that Wanda wasn't as bad as he claimed she was.
But yeah. It's still not Dirty Coward, just "being a dumbass" so I'll remove it.

It's a bug. Just go to the History section and edit from there, it always works for me.

You unlock pages locked by the bug by doing a right click and open it in a new tab. They you can either edit it or click "back", and it isn't locked anymore. I already fixed it here.
Why is Hayward a Dirty Coward for launching a missile at Wanda without facing her? That would be objectively stupid for him to do.
