Confirmed; the end credits of S 02 E 05 presents Dr. Willis' medical ID, and it says "Verity" is her first name. It also states "Roger Willis" underneath too, but I think that's her father's name.

I petition we remove the Canon Foreigner entry on her character page and add a shout out entry or something along those lines.
