Barton and Selvig were touched by the scepter, so the knowledge they were getting was given to them by the scepter, this was misattributed to the tesseract because the tesseract was the artifact everyone was more familiar with. Even when discussing the actual scepter, most characters (in that movie) speak in terms of how it relates to the tesseract.
So, keeping that in mind, it also makes more sense for the mind stone to be the magical database, not the space stone.
Should we begin reallocating the TVA entries to their own page or at least relocate it to the other cosmic subpages?
