For that, Noone must be "unambiguously and deliberately based on" Maribel. While they are characters going through a similar experience, there is no obvious inspiration between them, so it would not be an expy.

I kinda wonder something, and that is if we can clasify Noone as an Expy of Maribel Hearn? since she just like Noone are plagued by Nightmares and can freely enter their respective dreamworlds (Gensokyo for Maribel, the Nowhere for Noone) and have a secondary person that they can trust (Renko for Maribel and Otto for Noone. Granted, Renko seems to be interested in Merry for unknown reasons, whetever they're related to her "pressumed" ancestor Sumireko or anything else is unknown while Otto seems to be interested in Noone because it's reminded him of Sisi).
