I was thinking of putting the Kakin characters with folders for each one, but it's more sensible to put them on their own page. We also have to consider the pertinent guards assigned to each of the princes if they're named characters and have considerable exposition.

Seeing as there are a ton of new characters in the current arc, I suggest to make a new page and call it "Kakin Empire" or something, adding the various factions, bodyguards and what else of the Hui Guo Rou Dynasty to it. There aren't even entries to the queens yet, even though at least Oito is a pretty important side character currently.
