Maybe make three separate folders? One for tropes that applies to both, one for the puppet and one for Ei, that way they can still remain in the same page but with clear distinction.

We could add in a folder applying to the puppet on Ei's page. For example, a few Jojo characters have folders related to their Stands. Another example would be something like Goro Akechi from Persona 5 or Doc Ock from Spider-Man PS4 who have two separate folders; one folder for general/early game stage and the other for late game spoilers.

I’ve always been all for that. Just take a couple of tropes that apply to the puppet and place them in a separate folder. Maybe do the same for Ei as well. That only leaves gameplay, so that can be a folder onto itself...
I think we should split the page between Ei and the puppet because it's kind of cluttered and hard to see tropes that apply to one or the other. Either a separate folder in the Inazuma tab or just somewhere else.
