I know I would prefer a separate page. On a practical level, one might wonder how long the page will get if we lump the two series together (though this also depends on how many characters appear whose tropes are not stored on the Disney Ducks Comics Universe pages).

It is, many characters like Webby are so changed that their not really the same

If you look at Batman's character page you will find that it includes multiple iterations of the same basic cast. The Lord of the Rings have separate pages for books and movies.
So there is precedent for that. So I approve.
Will there be a separate character page for the 2017 series? Since unlike in the original Huey, Dewey and Louie have more distinct personalities.
