Comes off as misuse of the trope, because there's nothing special about Shaw's teammates (as in, they're not notable "heroes" that you know or can relate to), and Navota doesn't gain any reputation from it.

She killed two guardians, Red Shirts or not, that feat alone shows that she's extremely dangerous. She nearly kills Shaw Hawn, the Cosmodrome vendor who plays a major role in the "A Guardian Rises" quest line, and was only stopped when the player intervenes. Her reputation was enough for the Vanguard to paint her as a target, culminating in The Disgraced strike.
If that doesn't qualify her for the trope, then fine, I was wrong
