In the anime, at least, she's only referred to as 'aunt Reiko' and her surname is never given. I suspect that the information, leading directly to show her relationship with Ms.Mikami is gonna be a omgbigplottwist to the viewer - that's why I've put that into a spoiler-tag. Not sure about the situation in the other media though, if it's still not known for the most of the story, etc.
In the novel and I'm pretty sure the manga it's made clear early on that Reiko and Ms Mikami are the same person. I think they just split the character in two for the anime, but who knows, they might still be related.
I think we should keep the spoiler tag until the finale, and if there isn't any importance to Reiko's last name then we drop it.
they/them || "Forgive me, regent of queer amphibians" - Lt.BGobWell now I feel silly, I hadn't even thought of the homeroom teacher Mikami when I asked my question. Just by that alone the spoiler tag makes a bit more sense. Guess we'll have to see.
Similar query, is there any reason why Misaki Yomiyama's name is spoiler tagged? Their first name is revealed at pretty much the start of all adaptions, so that at least shouldn't be spoilered.

Is there a particular reason why, in the Character Sheet, the surname for Kouichi's mother & aunt are spoiler-tagged? I can't think of anything significant about the surname Mikami that should warrant a spoiler (though I'm doing so here in case there's just something I'm unware of).
