I think we need to move Dottie from the "Civilians" section of the character sheet to the "Villains" section since she's been revealed as a Leviathan agent Dark Action Girl for most of her screen time. Additionally, I think we should unmark the spoilers about her status as a Leviathan agent, and specify openly which tropes apply to her civilian persona.

She has been associated with the Council since her very first appearance and as of the latest episode she is running the Council.
