The retweeted one isn't even her stream bgm but a touhou-style fan-song dedicated to Artia written AFTER(15/11/2020) her graduation announcement (12/11/2020)by 冬天的雨凇 (https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV14z4y1y7eD). And judging by this tweet of Wanwan implying he does not know Chinese (https://twitter.com/wanwan44/status/1247149229354545154), it is highly unlikely that 雨凇 is Wanwan.
