Hide / Show RepliesYeah, I came here to comment on that since it STILL seems to be true. Was wondering if it was intentional so as not to spoil later seasons.
Christian Furry Brony D&D gamemaster & homebrewerCuteceaneras are NOT like a children's birthday, since so long we bave seen actual birthday paries on the show (Party of one, sweet and elite and Prinkie Pride) and three cuteceaneras (Diamond Tiara's, Zipporwilly and the CMC). The difference, aside from that it happens just once on life, is that they conmemorate what makes a pony an adult: their cutie mark. So cuteceaneras are more close to the latino tradition of Quinceaneras than to actual birthdays, since Quinceaneras are more about celebrating that an specific girl is now an adult, usually this is the first time she can use high heels and makeup, as cuteceaneras mark the first time that somepony knows who they are and are showing that they're going to take active participation on Equestria's life as who they are, as Quinceaneras are showing that they're now adults and are going to take part on society (formally they can have boyfriends and get married.... something important on latino culture. As 'machista' it can sound but true).
Curiosity may killed the cat but the cat had more lifes.Where's the analysis? All I can see is a list of in-universe terminology, toys, and a brief overview of how it spread IRL. Nothing is analysed here.
Information about Tartarus should be updated since there is more information about the place.
