I wouldn\'t say so: If someone is malicious, it is possible they already know all the implications of their actions, and desire to hurt another no matter how you put it, since they are already aware of the implications. If someone is merely Ignorant (not necessary an imbecile, they simply need to be filled in on what is actually happening or how things happen), it is possible they learn from it and cease their stupidity-induced actions.
