Does Hans really count as the BigBad for the film? He may be the primary antagonist by the time of the last act, but the trope requires the character in question to be the driving force behind the conflict, which Hans was only involved in indirectly until he made his plans clear. FinalBoss would probably be a more fitting Trope.
