HeroKiller says it\'s a villain becoming TheDreaded by getting his hands dirty which is the main difference between the two tropes and that creates an AnyoneCanDie fear in everyone around him. This has yet to happen with Juhabach. He\'s a likely candidate to be sure, but it\'s premature to think he is yet considering Ichigo didn\'t react with terror to him just because of what he\'d done. Aizen was an example of TheDreaded. It\'s possible to be a HeroKiller without having to kill someone, which Aizen was.

I don\'t think VillainDecay is in effect yet, it\'s too soon.

I don\'t think the RedShirts were showing an example of this trope because they were initially confused by the whole thing and had to be told there had been a quincy massacre in the past. It was only as they realised they were being massacred that the shinigami went into meltdown. That\'s not this trope at that point. KnightOfCerebus and GenocideBackfire cover this, the one\'s already listed and the other applies to the shinigami so should be on the main page rather than here.

It was only as they realised they were being massacred that they went into meltdown and that was over the entire invasion rather than any individual quincy. KnightOfCerebus (already listed) and GenocideBackfire (main page not here) cover this.

On VillainTeleportation, I agree it\'s likely, but we\'re not supposed pre-empt tropes on main/character pages. There are possible alternative explanations. What if the shadow pulls them into a tunnel between worlds and slams the door shut behind it? Like shinigami dangai travel. The quincy would disappear but it wouldn\'t be teleportation either.

I\'ve been reading the HeroKiller trope as I\'ve been typing. The trope itself says it\'s a villain becoming TheDreaded by killing someone. The main difference between the two tropes seems to be the HeroKiller likes getting his hands dirty and his rep stems from the killing creating an AnyoneCanDie fear in everyone around him. This has yet to happen with Juhabach. He\'s a likely candidate to be sure, but it\'s premature to think he is yet considering Ichigo didn\'t react with terror to him just because of what he\'d done.
