As I understand it (and not being directly involved I may be mistaken) the printed version of [=FoE=] is not sold for profit. The people organising the printing project charge only for the costs of manufacturing and distribution; in essence, those \'ordering\' the books pay for publicly-available printing and mailing services but \'\'not\'\' the books themslves.
