Whether Ocelot/[[spoiler: Liquid]] meant for [[spoiler: the EMP whatever-it-was to turn back on]] or whether Fortune has latent telekinetic powers is a bit of a mystery, with both being acceptable answers given Ocelot\\\'s notorious planning-ahead and the various supernatural characters that the series has previously seen.
