I\'ve tried to make the description as clear as possible, but this trope still appears to be in danger of causing some confusion. Specifically, in the YKTTW, several people suggested examples that were just straight-up {{Heroic Scacrifice}}s. This is \'\'not\'\' HeroicSacrifice. [[CaptainObvious There\'s already a trope for that.]] I\'ll be keeping an eye on the edits and removing any examples that clearly don\'t fit.

This entry is still implicitly saying that he ISN\\\'T a CompleteMonster as is, and that\\\'s all we need. The justification alongside it is also largely just a string of [[InformedAttribute Informed Attributes]] that make him sound more like a plot excuse villain rather than a CompleteMonster. Even if we have redirects on the lines of \\\"evil incarnate,\\\" that doesn\\\'t mean that characters defined as that fit this trope\\\'s definition by default, it\\\'s what they do that pushes them into that territory. If this guy does nothing, then he shouldn\\\'t be here.

I guess it\\\'s also worth noting as well that in the original Japanese version, he doesn\\\'t have that laughably evil trait, yet he still seems like a generic, scarcely-characterized doomsday villain. So even in this \\\"if\\\" scenario, he\\\'s still not atrocious enough to be CM material.
