Slight clarification: I\\\'m \\\"Levicus\\\" above. It looks like somehow, unnoticed by me, I got known on my home computer and my work computer as two separate identities, which was unintentional. I\\\'ll correct my login at home - this is the name and identity I intend to post under. I didn\\\'t even notice until now I was posting under two different handles. I\\\'m an administrator on Wikipedia (under neither of these names), so I\\\'m really trenched in some of the culture and mindsets there, as well as a very different set of duties. The aforementioned \\\"no harm, no foul\\\" BRD practice is what tripped me up. I now understand we don\\\'t do that on TVT.
