I\'m sorry, but that lady from Tiny Toon Adventures... Can\'t possibly qualify, can she? She was rather comical in her own right, and did come around at the end of that episode.

She herself, along with what she did, was portrayed rather comically (with a cartoonish vacuum), and did come around at the end of that episode. She\\\'d more likely be better classified as a Harmless Villain, if anything.
Mind you, some things really do belong here, such as Eddy\\\'s brother, Dick Hardly, Grandfather, and Van Kleiss. Her? Feel free to disagree, but I very much doubt she qualifies.
