The chiropractor I visit now actually does neck twists like that (allowing for cartoonish exaggeration in the show of course) on me—taking hold of my head and giving a sharp twist until I feel a *pop* as the bones adopt a new position. And it\'s amazing how much tension and pain it relieves.
