No. That has nothing to do with tropes. Also, the controversy isn\'t as big as people make it out to be. EA lying about DRM and the guy being unable to play the game due to a forum ban were stupidity on EA\'s part. Devs aren\'t restricted from posting user reviews for their games on metacritic, and I doubt that Hoban\'s actions were endorced by EA or Bioware, if only because it didn\'t really benefit them. Finally, the low user opinion score on Metacritic is partially due to a 4chan prank to decrease the game\'s score.
