It was discussed previously that Rin Satsuki wasn\'t canon at all, but it would be like saying she is a fan character, which isn\'t really true; again, she was created by ZUN and found in <nowiki>ESoD</nowiki>\'s code and a Comiket ad for the same game. Much more notable than fan characters, especially if the article intends to have a description of every single character that appears in the games and other official works. Many fans include Rin Satsuki as part of Touhou because she partially showed up in <nowiki>ESoD</nowiki>, so therefore she should be listed.

And, if you had a Fanon section for well-known Touhou fan characters, I don\\\'t think Rin Satsuki could fit in there. Because she\\\'s not a fan-created character.
