Oh, not, i am not arguing that Marill is one Expy of Jigglipuff(and neither of Wigglytuff, that was who i actually compared them with), only that i believe that only be one mouse with elemental powers is not sufficient to qualify as one expy of Pikachu- and other than this the two have really few things in commom-either phisically, in concept, powers or flavor . The two have less in commom than Meowth and Skitty .( By the way, Plusle/Minum/Pachirisu/Emonga are actually similar to Pikachu both in terms of powers as in appearance. Despite being one mouse with elemental powers, Marill is not similar to Pikachu, neither in powers, neither in appearance. Is this that i tried point when compared Marill appearance with Wiggytuff )
