It makes no sense that Bridget would worry about living as his \\\"true self\\\" unless that true self was male, given that his family and village expected him to live as female. That is to say, the only way that he would feel anxiety would be if he\\\'s rejecting his parents and society\\\'s expectations of him -- expectations to live as a female.
The story of Bridget in -STRIVE- is that he\\\'s lost his self confidence seen in previous works and eventually regains it -- the confidence to be male, even though he was raised as female. This matches his previous incarnations perfectly, as opposed to the bad ending versions.
Oh, and it doesn\\\'t matter, but as an aside -- the Japanese GG fanbase has no confusion about this, at all. I suspect this is all much more clear in the original Japanese.
Having said all that, there\\\'s exactly 0 chance we can fix the character page at this point in time. I\\\'d love to try, but there\\\'s exactly no way in hell anyone would allow any such changes, even if the current page is blatantly wrong. And it is blatantly wrong.
Also, as mentioned above by someone else the in game profile uses female pronouns... in the US version. In the Japanese version, all text discussing Bridget -- the bio on the website, the text of the DLC store, and the in game profile, use male pronouns. The localizers dropped the ball or inserted their politics into the fray, again.
Edit: As mentioned, Bridget apparently uses the term Otokonoko in Japanese. This is commonly localized as \\\"trap\\\" (which is not a slur nor a reference to transgenderism, and is used in the main OtokonokoGenre article) or \\\"femboy.\\\" Specifically, Otokonoko is a \\\'\\\'male character\\\'\\\' with feminine gender expression. If Bridget uses this in the Japanese dialogue, it only helps confirm that he\\\'s male, not trans.
Edit2: As a fun aside, Bridget used to have a male symbol on his headband, but now apparently has the ⚨ symbol, the symbol for androgyne as a pin on his hoody... but it\\\'s pointing in the same direction that the male symbol ♂ would normally be pointing. That\\\'s brilliant on several levels.
