As the one who made that folder, I can explain my reasoning: There is currently no other spot in the Character section where they would fit. The Secondary Characters section is fully sorted through the location of the NPC in question and...well, the Outer Gods don\'t appear \'\'anywhere\'\'. The Demigods section only includes the titular Demigods and thus would be unfitting to add the superior in the cosmic hierarchy Outer Gods. For Enemies and Bosses, again, they\'re just not seen or fought at any point in the game. Adding an entirely new section of characters also feels wholly unneessary.
