Gonna give my usual wait for stats statement, but also weapons having built in NFU is always strong and it’s Claude so he’ll probably have absolutely ridiculous speed. 80% reduction for either just initiating or it being first combat is just absurd on someone who will probably be very fast and has NFU for almost nothing and your options for enemy phasing him are basically dual/enemy phase brave weapon or damage reduction piercing. His enemy phase without Fallen Star will be pretty unimpressive, but Claude will probably be fast enough that he doesn’t need Impacts to stop follow ups when initiating meaning he can just focus on raw offense and even if he’s not, Impacts are an option while having access Deadeye means that he also has a lot of killing power in addition to extremely safe initiation
