By virtue of stats, I think Merric\'s worth an add. He can\'t pierce defense like Celica or have the big stat swings and safe Desperation like Thrasir, but his tome gives him +5 Atk and Spd to help him match their stats, -1 Special to go with his unique Spd based Special, and built in Null Follow Up means he gets past Wary Fighter effects, and he can even use his natural Windsweep for safe engagements.
