If nothing else, Annette definitely has a pretty good support niche going for her while Bernadetta will be pretty dependent on her stats. Needing a +3 attack bow, a push, and a lull to hit 58 dammage on a flier doesn\'t seem like her attack will be Eleonora/Alm levels even if we assume she\'s not debuffed. Also can\'t tell if the desperation effect is behind the condition of everything else on that bow, but english wording makes it a bit ambiguous
