As for the \\\"HP drain from allies\\\" bit, it might be worth mentioning that some GlassCannon units \\\'\\\'want\\\'\\\' to be damaged to hit skill thresholds, so that after Líf is done tanking they can descend on the enemies like locusts without having to worry about surviving a round of combat. This sort of thing has been theorycrafted to hell and back since Líf\\\'s first appearance, but was reliant on his playable version being able to actually tank. Now we know he can, and I think that\\\'s significant enough to consider.

You misread Deadly Balance\'s description. The Penalty part is if the debuff is on \'\'him\'\', not the target. Granted, I also misread the skill earlier and [[EpicFail thought the ENEMY got the special acceleration]] instead of him. IntSys really needs to make these descriptions clearer.
