Windsweep really is going to be one of his best options. While his speed is pretty eh at base, as erkh said, speed is easy to patch and his weapon means that we can really just completely ignore his attack in favor safe chipping and get him up to 49 speed for the sake of wind sweep and unlike healers, he can also do poison strike to make up for ignoring his attack. Honestly him getting added right as they kill cheerleading meta kinda sucks for him because he would\'ve been a fantastic cheerleader.
