About Fan-made anime (I called it that just to avoid confusion) is mostly made by females who are new to animation and they did improve, besides of which, they an {{DeviantArt}} account just like the male animators on {{YouTube}} are from {{NewGrounds}}. to say the least, Fan-made anime has improved over the years and does become good.
