Summer Laegjarn having what is basically Forseti, as well as Swift Sparrow 3 and access to flier skills and support to increase her stats and mobility might be enough to push her over to game breaking, but the lack of both Special Spiral and Null Follow Up really hurts her chances. The only real competition of her type is Legendary Azura, and that\'s because azura\'s the best buffer and dancer in the game.
