Honestly I think B!Cordelia can still qualify and maybe expand her entry to also include S!Takumi and Klein with his new prf especially because of new toys like Sturdy Impact and Chill Def which help patch the weaknesses with the builds like being susceptible to QR dragons and needing to rely and desperation.
