Agreed that L!Roy is probably not as scary as people think. While he\'s powerful, there\'s nothing that really stands out about him except for Human Virtue, which is rendered pointless by the team running Atk and Spd Tactics which also cover 2 range and aren\'t restricted from some units. If he had a bulkier statline I\'d reconsider, but he is no tank, and his personal skill is not as good as some of the other personals listed on the page.
