She seems to be a mix of both regular Grima and Myrrh, but as a result, she ends up being just an alright version of both. She flies like Myrrh and has a DC Breath like Grima, but isn't as tanky as either and lacks Myrrh's Great Flame. She's just too balanced stat wise, while Grima and Myrrh are at least optimized or min maxed for tanking. Dragonskin is cool and all but even if you take it into consideration:

That's not even taking into consideration that Myrrh can deny doubles with her Great Flame. F Grima might be able to run Close or Distant Def at the same time, but she still has less HP and lacks the Great Flame. Myrrh can also annihilate blues, and the Great Flame can even save her from faster reds. F Grima lacks any color advantage. And while both of them are fliers, Myrrh's Great Flame is just that good that it almost makes up for a lack of Breath skills. Myrrh also has way more Mt, 33 at the base, an extra +3 from Great Flame. She'd be looking at 52 Atk as opposed to F Grima's 48 Atk.

Finally, you can't really form a core around her. Cores are three unit trios for the Arena that can handle almost everything, then the bonus unit tags along. If you try it with F Grima, you're down a color. Colorless, red, blue, then you're lacking green. Colorless, red, green, then you're lacking blue, and you'd have to hope the bonus unit makes up for it.

So sadly, a JackOfAllStats, but MasterOfNone. She's certainly good, it's just that she lacks a specialization, which ultimately does harm her in the end.
