I personally don't think Mulagir is all that of a big deal as of right now. The only real issue it poses to a player is its potential to handle bladetomes and it only comes out when you use 3 Bladetomes strats for some reason(standard Bladetome team only run like 2 outside Horse Emblem, while Horse Emblem barely cares about this aspect of Lyn due to their insane unit variety and ability to keep up with her mobility). While it does boost her stats, Lyn's basic speed is 35 - Speed is those kind of stats where past a certain point it doesn't do much and its pretty much the case with Lyn

I think it actually makes Lyn \"weaker\" as an enemy in the long run because most of the time the real threat on unit in Arena is when they manage to survive a combat to trigger Wings of Mercy but thats too much of a fringe case
