* ''MarvelComics'' have this issue with their television properties:
** ''JessicaJones'', 'Daredevil2015'' and ''LukeCage2016'' are in a separate continuity from the rest of the MarvelCinematicUniverse due to [[NoBudget budget reasons]] so they cannot interact with the characters from the MCU. Also, [[RealLifeWritesThePlot Fox owns some of the character rights]].
** ''AgentsOfSHIELD'' is in its own continuity, separate from the MCU (although events from the films are mentioned InUniverse) and is a separate continuity from ''JessicaJones'' and ''Daredevil2015''.

That's not what
to:
* \'\'MarvelComics\'\' have this issue with their television properties:

That\'s not what \"Alternate Continuity\" means. If the Netflix shows and AOS happen in a world where the Marvel movies happen (and they do, because they\'re referred to), and nothing happens that explicitly contradicts them (and they work really hard to ensure it doesn\'t) then they\'re in the same continuity, just as \'\'Series/{{Torchwood}}\'\' is in the same continuity as \'\'Series/DoctorWho\'\' even though it was the official policy of the writers that the Doctor never appeared in it.
