Why isn't [[VideoGame/PokemonBlackAndWhite Ghetsis]] on here? He basically cared about nothing except himself including his own son and used him as basically a puppet, manipulated him into doing something he didn't like, his actions were 100% taken seriously and he never had any tragedy unlike Lusamine and then he has the breakdown later after his Sanity Slippage in Pokemon Black and White 2 where he tries to kill you and his son without any regards at all and freezes Unova.
