Okay waaaay back when I was little, early to mid 90s, there was a WesternAnimation TV show staring a boy (or was he teenage?) whom had a [[AnimeHair strand of hair sticking up in the middle-front of his head.]] Black hair, red shirt and pants (might\'ve been only in the episode I remember though). Kept a journal that was written in after each episode. CatchPhrase was \"I must \'\'saaaay\'\'!!\". The show was the character\'s surname I believe.
There was a live-action segment within the show, not sure if it was every episode, in which the main character appeared as a child, at least in comparison to the VA and height in the animation.
