I saw a trailer for a movie that probably came out around 2001 - I specifically remember I had a copy of \'\'GhostWorld\'\' that had this trailer on it, if that helps any: Basically it was about a woman reporter who was sent to some sort of island (or other remote area), to investigate sightings of a monster, which to her surprise she actually finds [[hottip:*: Or maybe I\'m remembering this part wrong, she was sent to this place for some entirely different reason, and finds the monster instead]]: I remember the monster being a large male HornedHumanoid, who spoke English and was sort of gruff and snarky. She brings him to the city and he\'s kind of hounded by the press, and that\'s really all I remember. I \'\'thought\'\' the monster was played by RonPerlman, but imdb yields no roles of his from around this time that sound right - my guess is he just came to mind because of Hellboy and because this seems like the kind of role he\'d be cast in even before those movies. was:
